Relative Refund for Excess Usage:

If you have used more than 20,000 requests, a refund will be calculated based on your actual usage. For example, if you have used 20% of your package, you will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the package cost.

Provide a detailed justification, and we will review your case on an individual basis. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be granted.
